Return & Exchange Policy

Moment Bombay

At Moment Bombay, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted in limited quantities. As a small independent label, we produce mindfully — avoiding overproduction and unnecessary waste.

For this reason, we currently do not accept returns or refunds.

However, your satisfaction truly matters to us, and we’re always happy to help in the following ways:

Size Exchanges

If your piece doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to offer a size exchange, subject to availability.

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

  • Customers are required to ship the product back to our address.

  • Shipping costs to return the product are to be borne by the customer.

  • Once we receive and inspect the garment, we will dispatch the requested size.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A store credit valid for future purchases, or

  • Assistance with alterations (where possible)

Minor Alterations

We understand that fit can sometimes require small adjustments.

We are happy to assist with minor alterations where feasible.

  • Alteration requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned in original condition.

  • Return shipping to our studio must be covered by the customer.

  • Additional alteration charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.

Our team will guide you personally through the process.

Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces

All made-to-order or customised garments are final sale and cannot be exchanged or altered unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please email us at hellomomentbombay@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos and your order number

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Moment Bombay is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • All approved exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
